John Grimmius	John Grimmius is a graduate from the school of hard knocks - surviving the Ag Real Estate world for over 40 years, selling and appraising thousands of acres of land, should qualify! Still haven't learned to clean up my desk - fortunately this means that I still keep busy. Retiring? No way! - My dear wife of 45 plus years wouldn't let that happen! Jeff Lien	Jeff Lien is a 1990 graduate of California State University San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business Management, with emphasis in Finance and Appraisal. Jeff’s career began with a residential home mortgage lender in Santa Clara County; six years with Sierra-Bay Farm Credit (now American AgCredit) in Stockton, CA as a staff appraiser; and a short term position as a commercial / multi-family real estate property manager in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties. Jeff associated with The Ranch Co. in January of 1998, assuming all appraisal responsibilities. Acquiring a real estate sales license in 2001, allowed Jeff to also pursue the marketing of agricultural properties for sale or lease. Throughout his career, Jeff has been specifically educated in the appraisal and marketing of agricultural properties, now with over 16 years of experience. In 1993 Jeff was certified by the State of California as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He is also an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, in active pursuit of accreditation. Jeff and his wife, Paige, and their two daughters, have resided in Ripon, CA since 1990. The family is active at Immanuel CRC and Ripon Christian Schools

Tom McGuigan	Tom McGuigan has been in the real estate business for over twenty eight years. Twenty one of those years were dedicated to property leasing and management and the past eight years Tom has been listing and selling farm properties, ranches, dairies and executive homes with The Ranch Company. Tom acquired his brokers license in 2004 and has partnered with his wife Jeanie, who is also a licensed real estate agent, in providing no nonsense, old fashioned personal service to their buyers and sellers. Tom has said "when you work with the McGuigans its like getting two realtors for the price of one". With Tom working actively in the field and Jeanie working in the office, managing buyers and sellers paperwork, they are always available to talk to their clients. Tom has two children, his daughter Sara is in the R.N. program at West Hills College and his son Nathan who is a sophmore at College of the Sequoias.

Curtis Brunson	Curtis Brunson is a lifelong resident of the San Joaquin Valley, growing up in Tulare and currently residing in Visalia with his wife Kristin and three young sons, Colton, Cayden and Carter. He graduated from Fresno State University in 1991 with a degree in finance and went to work for Paramount Citrus before obtaining his real estate brokers license in 1995. He then started his own real estate company, Buyers Only Real Estate, specializing in homes. In 2000 Curtis joined The Ranch Company and started selling farms, ranches and homes. Curtis has sold farm properties in Tulare, Kings, Kern and Fresno Counties.

Rose VanderWeerd	Rose VanderWeerd has been involved in Real Estate since 1981 and has been working for The Ranch Co since 1998. She has been active in land acquisitions, permitting of dairies, and city and county entitlements. Rose also has great knowledge of the construction industry. She and her husband Ron have continued the family business of VanderWeerd General Construction, Inc. grading and building dairies since 1969. Ron and Rose have three children and have celebrated 20 years of marriage.

Randy Edwards	Randy Edwards is a Fresno State graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Business. He was a Farm Credit staff appraiser and fee appraiser since 1996, current President of Edwards & Lien, Inc. He is specifically educated in agriculture real estate with 19 years of experience. He is the current President of the California Chapter. He obtained his Real Estate Brokers License in 2004, then joining The Ranch Co. as a Broker Associate and Office Manager for Hilmar operations.

Guy Gary	Guy Gary has a background in the livestock industry. He is a graduate of Fresno State University with a major in agricultural education. Guy is currently working as a livestock inspector for the State of California. Guy and his wife Reignee and and daughter Journee reside in Caruthers where they are involved with the family farming.

Russell Edwards	Russell Edwards is a life long resident of the San Joaquin Valley with over ten years of experience in the local agricultural industry specializing in table grapes and citrus. His professional background includes land and residential sales, fresh produce sales, technical management and grower relations. He is a resident of Kern County and a member of the Golden Empire MLS and the Tulare County Association of Realtors. With his diverse background and knowledge of the local growing regions, farming operations and housing market he is able to assist with any of you land or residential needs throughout Kern and Tulare Counties.

Tony Toso	Tony Toso graduated from Fresno State University, with a BS Animal Sci./Ag. Bus. He has been married 13 years to his wife Danette. They have two children, Alyssa (9 years old) and Gianna (7 years old). He has 10 years of CVPCA/FLBA experience in the Oakdale/Merced/Turlock/Modesto area. He also has accrued 4 years of personal property experience with Edwards & Lien. Tony grew up in West Modesto and now lives in Hornitos, Mariposa County. He lives on a 585-acre cattle and horse ranch. He raises purebred Brangus cattle and Paint and Quarter horses. During a typical year he runs 200 yearlings each year. In his spare time he displays cattle at the major west coast shows.

Jeanie McGuigan	Jeanie McGuigan has been in and around real estate her entire life. She is the daughter of The Ranch Company founder John Grimmius. While in the real estate atmosphere, Jeanie learned the business from the ground up. She has been tracking all of Tulare Counties real estate sales (5 acres and above) for the last 9 years. Jeanie is a licensed real estate agent and works side by side with her husband Tom McGuigan. Jeanie has two children. Her daughter Sara is in the R.N. program at West Hills College. Her son Nathan is currently a sophmore at College of the Sequoias.

Kirk Peterson	Kirk Peterson is a lifelong resident of the San Joaquin Valley, growing up in Delano he graduated from Cal Poly San Obispo with a Farm Management B.S. He has worked in fresh produce marketing for twenty three years. Kirk has lived in Visalia for over twenty years with his wife Debbie and their three children Eric 17, Scott 15, and Amy11. He recently became a licensed real estate agent and looks forward to specializing in vineyard and tree fruit property sales.

Able Flores	Abel Flores is a resident of Visalia with over ten years of experience in the local agricultural industry. He was affiliated with two large Farming and Produce Companies as a Field Representative/Director of Food and Safety and Vice-President/Operation Manager accountable for the management including a work force of 900-1200 employees. His professional back ground includes over 30 years in Business Sales, Financing and Title Insurance Industry as Vice-President of Marketing, Business Development including 10+ years as a General Building Contractor and Real Estate Agent. He attended College of the Sequoias and Fresno State.
