We've come full circle!

In 1965 we began as a combination ag and residential firm.

From 1970 until recently we basically sold ag property only. Most of the emphasis was on dairy relocation and we were involved in well over 100 dairy relocations into Tulare and Kings Counties. (We facilitated the enrichment of the fragrance of the air!) During that time we were also involved in a large number of sales of farmland, orchards, groves, vineyards, herds, milk pool quota and feed ranches. Throughout the years we've always had an in house professional appraiser.

As we continue this, we have also added a residential division with residential specialists. We find that a large number of our ag clients at some point want to buy a home in town. We can now accommodate these people as well as find the right home for anyone looking for a building lot, new or pre-owned home.

It is our purpose to honestly and diligently work for buyers and sellers in helping each in the process of a purchase or sale to the very best of our ability.
